How soon are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Allow 48 hours for order processing, and then add the number of ship days to your location. Ship days to your location are indicated when you choose a shipping option.
What if the item I want is Out of Stock?
All items are limited edition so you can try and find it at one of our retailers, but unless we decide to make another run, you’re out of luck.

What if I want to return products on my order?

We shipped the wrong item or size. Or the item is defective.
Please email order@2one5.com and explain the issue. Be sure to include your order number, name and contact information. We will send you a replacement and a return label to send back the original or if you would like a full refund, we will send you a return label and credit your card when the product is received.
I ordered the wrong item or size. It's just not what I thought I wanted.

When is my card charged?
Your credit card is charged once you finish the checkout process. If your order does not ship for any reason, your card will be credited within two business days.
